Terms & conditions are as follows.

1. Price quoted are excluded of postage fees. Shipment available in Malaysia only.
2. All cards are 100% handmade by Yan's Crafty.
3. Colors may be slightly vary from photos & original product.
4. Bulk-Orders: Size of decoration items maybe slightly vary due to handmade.
5. Yan's Crafty will not held any responsibility for any damages / lost during delivery.
6. Yan's Crafty acknowledge shoppers privacy. Therefore, all customer's information are strictly kept private & confidential.
7. Strictly no refund / exchange / cancellation upon confirmation order & payment settlement.
8. Ready Cards: Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery of goods upon payment settlement.
9. Customized/Bulk-Order Cards: Please allow at least 1 week for Yan's Crafty to hand-craft the handmade cards.
